Yes you always
have the option to upgrade your hosting plan even from one or
more non-reseller accounts to a reseller
account.
Setup fees will
apply, however all full months remaining in your current plan
will be credited toward your new upgraded plan. Please send an
email to sales@hostexpress.com
to request any account upgrades.
